At Soothe & Bloom, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Standard orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 working days, excluding delivery time.
Bulk purchases and larger orders are generally processed within 3–7 working days, excluding delivery time. Very large orders may require additional processing time depending on order size, product availability, and packaging requirements.
During sales, promotions, product launches, and other high-volume periods, order processing may take up to 10 working days or longer. We appreciate your patience as our team carefully prepares each order.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, no changes, additions, or cancellations can be made.

Soothe & Bloom cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been submitted.
Please ensure that you select the correct shipping option before finalising your order. Once an order has been confirmed, the shipping method cannot be changed.
Delivery begins once your order has been processed, packed, and handed over to the courier.
Estimated delivery times are determined by the courier service and may vary depending on your location. Delays may occur during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has already been dispatched and you have questions regarding delivery, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.
If you selected collection at checkout, you will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
We kindly ask that collection orders be collected as soon as possible. Orders that remain uncollected for more than six (6) months from the collection notification date may be sold or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of Soothe & Bloom. In such cases, the customer will receive a voucher equal to the value of the uncollected goods.
